Message frequency may vary.
2. You understand that you are not required to consent to the Service as a condition of representation.
3. You can sign up to receive messages from Weber, Bednarz, Randell & Young, LLP verbally, via email, or by submitting a form on our website.
4. You can cancel the Service at any time. To opt out, simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive.
5. If you are experiencing issues with the Service, you can text “HELP” for assistance. Alternatively, you can call our office directly at 401-900-9279 during normal business hours.
6. Please note that standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. Weber, Bednarz, Randell & Young, LLP is not responsible for the cost of any messages you send or receive through the Service. Should you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.
7. You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you send or receive through the Service, and you agree that Weber, Bednarz, Randell & Young, LLP will not be liable to you if this occurs.
